MarBecca Terms & Conditions

Thank you for being a much-loved MarBecca client. The following are the terms and conditions of your purchase.

Purchases of video and/or audio products are final and cannot be refunded, but will be replaced if they arrive in a damaged condition. All damaged products will be replaced upon our receiving the original product.

Workshop Information:

Each workshop attendee will be selected on a first-paid, first-served basis by using our PayPal/credit card services, Credit Card Payment, or by Cash, Check, or Money Order (manual payment). Confirmed attendees will be notified as they’re approved. Please be sure to indicate your name, phone number, and the workshop you’ll be attending. If paying by cash, check, or money order, your seat will not be reserved until payment is received, which may take up to 2 weeks.

Final payment must be paid on a designated date or at least 8 days before the workshop date using our store registration with PayPal/Credit Card and the proper coupon code – Workshop Registration Information.

You agree and understand that you are responsible for all expenses associated with workshop attendance, including but not limited to travel, hotel, ground transportation, and food & beverage. You also understand that the workshop schedules and locations may change and will not always available in your city and/or state/province/county. In order for you to attend, travel to another location may apply, for which you are financially responsible.

Please note:

Because we only allow 8 attendees per workshop, your completed purchase does not guarantee your participation, but it does place you in the queue for that workshop. In the event that the date you want fills up before your registration is approved, you will be offered an alternative date or a refund. Rebecca Ferrell will contact individuals who register. You must confirm your registration with Rebecca Ferrell. Please be sure to include your email address and phone number on the purchase form.

The fee for the workshop is per person. Please do not ask to bring an associate, employee, partner, or any other person under your registration fee.

This is a hands-on workshop with Mark & Rebecca. Please bring a legal pad and pen. No laptops or electronic devices unless otherwise notified.

Cancellation Policy:

Our Cancellation Policy is very simple –
While MarBecca Entertainment will make every attempt to go forward with the workshop once it has been confirmed, we do reserve the right to cancel a workshop at any time due to insufficient attendance, natural disaster, emergency, or acts of God. In such a case, a full refund will be issued within 30 days of the workshop date. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of any registrant for any reason at any time. Workshop tuition applies only to the workshop. We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the participants in order to attend. If a registered/paid participant cancels for any reason, a full refund or transfer to another workshop date will be issued ONLY if a replacement participant can be found. If a registered/paid participant is unable to attend due to reasons beyond his or her control, such as cancellation of flights, illness, weather or other “acts of God,” a refund or transfer to another workshop date will be issued ONLY if a replacement participant can fill the vacancy. Unfortunately, MarBecca cannot anticipate or control outside conditions, and due to the very limited attendance character of the workshops, transfers and/or refunds cannot be offered for reasons beyond our control and/or “acts of God.”  A waiting list will be offered for all scheduled cities to help with replacements in the event of participant cancellation.
